Gil Osnos has been called the “Dean of the Turnaround Industry.” An industry luminary, he has developed a well-deserved reputation for quickly assessing problem situations, identifying good people, building consensus, and executing strategies that add value.

Mr. Osnos has served as CEO/President/COO of more than 75 companies in a host of industries. He is a current and former member of the Board of several public and private companies and charities.

Mr. Osnos’s expertise has been honed by a career spanning 40 years in the industry:

• He is a founder, former Chairman and Board member of the Turnaround Management Association.
• He is a member of the Association of Certified Turnaround Professionals, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and Business Executives for National Security.
• He has authored many articles and lectured extensively on the turnaround industry.
• Prior to becoming a turnaround specialist, he served as the President of divisions of two Fortune 500 companies.

Mr. Osnos has an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and a BA from the University of Michigan. He also served as an officer in the US Navy.
